How do I know my online order has actually gone through?

We’ll send you a confirmation email just to reassure you. If you can’t find it, check your Junk folder as it might be in there. If you created an account, you can also check your recent orders. Alternatively visit the ‘contact us’ page and send us a message.

Can I add something onto my order?

Unfortunately, not, you’ll need to place a new order but if you’ve created an account all your details (excluding payment) will be saved for you.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay by PayPal, or by any major debit or credit card.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to the UK mainland and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we don’t deliver abroad.

I would like to have my order delivered to my allotment, is that ok?

Unfortunately, not, as generally we need a specific delivery address and postcode as well as somebody being in attendance throughout the day and evening.

When will my order be delivered?

Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery, although most items are delivered within 5 working days. You should receive a notification when your order has been dispatched.

If I want to return my goods how do I go about it?

No problem at all, of course we hope you’ll be 100% satisfied with everything that you order.

Returns can be made within 28 days of receipt of the goods.

For returns please notify us via email ( and within 30 days of receipt of your goods, please follow these guidelines when applying to return an item.

Within your email please include the following:

  1. Your Order Reference Number
  2. Item(s) you wish to return
  3. Your full name as detailed on your order
  4. A daytime contact number
  5. The reason for returning the goods purchased (ie. wrong item, not compatible, faulty, not required, not what I wanted), or any other reason.
  6. Please advise if the goods are: unopened and unused, opened and unused, used and undamaged, used with wear.

A refund will be issued within 1 working day of receipt of the goods and will be credited to the credit/debit card you used to place your original order.

What do I do if I have a complaint?

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the service or products you have received please visit the Contact Us page and complete the form.

All complaints will receive our immediate attention. We will respond with an acknowledgment of receipt within 3 – 5 days. We will also include an action plan and will aim to resolve any query or complaint to your satisfaction within 10 days. If the resolution of your complaint involves a new piece of equipment being dispatched, we will advise you of an approximate dispatch and delivery date.

During the process we will keep you informed as to the progress of the complaint. This will be carried out by e-mail, letter, phone or fax.

How do I cancel an order?

Do I have to be home to receive my goods?

Yes please! Most of our goods are quite large and we need a signature on delivery.

How will I know when my goods will be delivered?

For the standard water butts and composters delivery is via DPD and you will receive a one-hour delivery window via SMS or email, you can then track the progress of your parcel online via a map, counting down to a 15-minute window.

What is the warranty/guarantee for my goods?

All goods come with a minimum of a 1 year warranty, for more information please see the individual product details.
